Andrew did a great job. He was able to order another fan for my computer. While he was working on it , he also checked for and cleared out viruses and malware that my computer had acquired. I will be hiring him again if we have anymore computer issues. He also gave me calls on the progress of the repair and also gave a call after the computer was returned to make sure that it was working fine.

.Facing a trip to Boston the next day, I explained the issue to Andrew. The sites were blocked after my bank "updated" its website--promising one could use the same sign-in on the new site. Not so much. In the process of attempting to sign in, the Bank's Tech Department advised me to "erase my history (passwords, cookies, etc.) back to the beginning of time". After a few days, the correction disappeared and even a trip to the business that sold me the computer fixed it but it failed two days later. I searched Angie's List and found Total System Performance. I called and he quickly offered a time later that day to correct the problem. We were on the phone about 20 minutes and discovered that Google Chrome does not recognize the Bank's new website and switched to Firefox. That solved the problem. He asked if I had other problems and assured me I could contact him at any time. A real lifesaver! I highly recommend him as I feel secure in calling for any technology issues I might encounter. .

We have an older Bexley home with 7 family members. Our wifi system was not handling the number of people and activities we needed it for. Andrew came out and assessed our house and our needs. He gave us a recommendation for achieving a wifi mesh system to cover our entire house. He was able to install everything and ensure that it was working properly. He has checked in several times and was very responsive when a question arose. I wanted to have one point person to contact with getting our house up to 2017 wifi standards and he has done a great job!

He conducted an on-site visit, made recommendations, fixed and upgraded everything, and I picked up the laptop a few days later. His suggestions and professionalism were much appreciated. His labor rate was as expected, and he ordered all of the replacement, upgrade parts for me. I will definitely hire him again for future work with my laptop and home PC systems.

Andrew came the day I called. He had to order some special equipment which vastly improved the reception issues. He also helped me organize my computer files.

Making sure everything I needed from my old computer came over to my new one was a chore. He was patient and continued to help when problems had to be worked out after installation.

Due to the fact that both my wife and I are technology-challenged, we needed professional assistance in linking up a newly-purchased printer with our two laptops. This was the second time we had used the services of Andrew at TSP. We were quite pleased with all aspects of the service provided. in this instance, Andrew was very prompt arriving at our house to provide the requested services. I emailed Andrew about the issue and he actually called me back. I had anticipated him coming to my house to fix it but based on my description of the problem he suggested that he'd come and pick up the computer and have it for a few days. Ultimately he said it would be cheaper for me this way. It was easy enough for me to just drop it off at his house, so I did. That was Tuesday morning, he called me back Wednesday morning and told me there was a virus that he was able to remove but he was going to have to reinstall Windows and I would lose some Apps I had previously downloaded but NOT my files. I gave him the OK to do that. He called me back on Thursday and said everything was good to go and we set up a time on Friday for him to drop off the PC. On Friday he dropped off the computer AND reloaded a new email program (Windows Mail) because I lost my previous email program (Windows Live Mail) to the virus. When it was all said and done, email was up and running and we kept all of our emails and email folders. All our files were still intact and everything was OK. I reinstalled our printer and Office (just because I forgot about them but I'm sure Andrew would have done it if I had remembered while he was here) and it was as if nothing had ever happened. Andrew made some suggestions about anti-virus software and in about 2 minutes fixed our other PC (yes we have two) which kept freezing when on line. We set a time for Andrew to come back out and put an automatic back up system in place for my work computer so I don't lose any files going forward. Andrew is great, we found a new computer person!
