Great, as always

Excellent service and workmanship. This is the second time we have had a jewelry repair at Argo and Lehne. Both times have been excellent.

It didn't go so well... The ring was suppose to be sent out to be sized and returned to the store for pick up. When I got to the store I was informed that it had not been sent out and that they would have to send it out and have it sized. Unfortunately it was a gift and it was needed on the promised date... Which it was not. I ended up giving the gift about a week after I needed it and there seemed to be very little and quot;concernand quot; or apathy on their part. I would not return after this purchase, not so much because of the mistake, but more for how they handled it and the lack of saying and quot;we're sorryand quot;... Not very expensive words but they could seem to afford them.

The work they did was very nice and very professional, however it took about a week longer than I was quoted and I had to call twice to get someone to respond about when the work might be finished. Other than the timing, everything was good.

All work was done at the quoted price and completed as scheduled.

They were superb, they were very quick and very helpful.

I went there and I told them "give me a call and let me know what the estimate would be" because I was just going to have a new clasp put on if the estimate was too much. They did not call me. When they did call, the said the bracelet was done and it would be $250 for the repair. I happened to talk to the son of the original owner and I told him that was unacceptable. I ended up paying half of what they were charging.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. WE DEALT WITH JULIE, WHO WAS GREAT! SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL BUT VERY FRIENDLY. ALTHOUGH YOU MAY NOT GUESS IT WHEN YOU WALK IN, THE STORE IS VERY FAMILY-FRIENDLY. THE HAVE A SPECIAL CABINET FILLED WITH TOYS THAT KEPT OUR 3 YEAR OLD SON HAPPY AND OCCUPIED. WE ALSO BOUGHT AN ANNIVERSARY BAND THERE AND JULIE WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH THAT. SHE DID NOT PRESSURE US TO BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE RING. IN FACT, SHE WORKED WITH US FOR A LONG TIME TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH OUR SELECTION. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JULIE AND ARGO AND LEHNE TO ANYONE.

WHILE THEY HAD MY RING THEY NOTICED SOME LOOSE BAGUETTES, CALLED ME AND GOT PERMISSION TO FIX THIS TOO. RETURNED THE RING EARLIER THAN EXPECTED IN PERFECT CONDITION. ALSO OFFERED TO INSPECT THE RING ONCE A YEAR FOR FREE, EVEN THOUGH I DIDN''T BUY IT THERE. VERY NICE PEOPLE.

GREAT JOB AND GREAT QUALITY I WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY.

WE HAD TO MOVE OUR WEDDING DATE UP AND OUR RINGS WERENT READY YET, SO THEY GAVE US LONERS WITHOUT ANY COLLATERAL! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
