Furniture - Sales
The problem started with Helen Damiano not explaining that the TV stand would not come assembled. I feel that it should be expected that if you go into a furniture store that when the item is delivered it will come assembled. I had to pay an extra $98 for the stand to be put together. I feel that this should have been brought to my attention since I had paid to have it shipped to my house. The breakdown in communication was really was frustrating and I would have appreciated if they had been upfront about assembly.
