Top Coat Finishes

These guys DON'T just slap paint on.  They spent a lot of time sanding, caulking and prepping to fix what was done by the builder who was very sloppy and cut corners.  The builder left  numerous areas with paint drips and globs of paint in addition to areas where sanding residue wasn't cleaned prior to painting.  
They move all knick knacks and furniture carefully and put everything back when finished.  They even cleaned the windows and vacuumed.  If they find something  wrong they fix it before moving on.  Examples, re-tacking carpet, fixing stair spindles that had come loose.  They even offered to change out light fixtures since they were doing the ceilings
During a different job on another level of the home, they diagnosed and fixed a leak that had caused drywall damage.  Once finished, you could not tell the area they had patched at all.
They also do exterior painting, tile, drywall, plaster and general construction.
The pride these men take in doing things right shows in all the details.  Everything they fixed and painted looks crisp, clean and BEAUTIFUL.
