They delivered the correct model. They gave me an equipment inspection report with the machine showing everything is good. However, there are multiple leaks and cracks in the frame, shields missing. A set of chains was to be delivered with it but was not. Overall the condition of the delivered machine does not match the report.
The Original Lumberman's Exchange actually told me upfront that they keep $10,000 back from the seller in the event report is not accurate. They also said they would make any repairs, or stand behind the machine, to bring the machine back to the grade of the equipment inspection report.
After delivery I called The Original Lumberman's Exchange salesman I worked with, Sam Wall, to discuss the concerns. Sam said I could possibly return the machine or The Original Lumberman's Exchange will definitely stand behind repairs. Sam then gave me the phone number of a person in his company who handles these types of issues, John Hendrix. When I spoke with John, he wasn't aware of the $10,000 withholding from a seller and said The Original Lumberman's Exchange doesn't stand behind repairs. All they can do is resell the machine for me.
The machine has been at my mechanic's shop since I received it. I'm waiting on working out a deal with The Original Lumberman's Exchange before any repairs are made, because I want the machine to remain in the "as delivered" condition.
