The Home Depot Newark

I know they sub-contract the work out, but when the windows were ordered, they didn?t order all of them and when they got here to install them, it was supposed to be a 2 day job. About 6 of the windows were installed downstairs and then they left for the day. On the way home their truck broke down and they didn?t come out the next day, when I had already taken the day off. They said they would be there on Wednesday, which I took another day off and they still were not there, because his truck was still not repaired. I did complain and asked for another installer; but Home Depot didn?t want the service provider to lose the job. They did find someone and asked if Sunday would be good and I told them that it wouldn?t be a good time for me. Well, on Sunday morning a service provider rang the doorbell and said he just wanted to get the work done. I had to leave the guy at my home, unsupervised, to install the windows, while I was out doing other thing. When I got home, some of the windows were not trimmed up, weathered tight and there was a gap where the windows where and where the bricks started. He alsoleft the patio doors leaded up against the side, while it was raining. I contacted Home Depot and they gave me the phone number of the company and in the end I had to contact their home office. They sent out the new crew to finish the trim tight around the windows and then they got another crew to install the last 4 windows.
