It clearly looks to me that Stellar is happy to do the initial sale and installation (where the larger money can be made - as Mike even stated by himself). Follow up service is pretty much NON existing.

We remodeled the entire main level of the house and had the home theatre system installed by Michael Grimsleys company. They were recommended by Showcase Remodeling. We have a huge Samsung wall mount tv plus iPad controlled access for music and tv throughout the house from anywhere. There was a hardware glitch in the receiver and after a few visits to "fix" the problem, Mike totally replaced the unit with brand new upgraded receiver, at no additional cost to us. Everything works super, the sound systems and speakers are the highest quality and we couldn't be happier. We would use this company again.
