They are very professional, very cordial, very much there to help the client. I'd give them an A+ rating in just about every category. They refurbished my carpeting, refinished my floor, and put down new baseboards. I wouldn't call anyone else after my experiences with them they were that good
Description of Work: I had water back up in my basement, and called probably 10 companies. I was not impressed with most of the ones I called … there are several Service Master locations in central Ohio, but these guys are by far the best of them
