Don was very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage doors, openers, and electrical. He was honest and gave us more information than others we'd had out. He was here to do the work when he said he'd be, always answered the phone or promptly returned our calls, and called after a week to see how the openers were working. We moved into an older home that had been inspected, had issues with the garage doors that were supposedly repaired, and ultimately decided to replace the openers. Don pointed out the many things the inspector had missed and 'repairs' that were really just cosmetic. He was also very knowledgeable about light bulbs, of all things, and an internet app we can use to open the doors.
