He is very knowledgeable in hot tub service, which is very hard to find in Columbus! I had to make LOTS of phone calls to find someone who could service my hot tub. He is a very nice, accommodating, and professional technician. He's an honest guy! He is there to service your hot tub, not fix things that aren't broken. I've recommended him to all my friends!

Mr. Drake diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit. He worked with me beforehand to minimize the cost of the repair. He is who I will call from now on for this type of work.
