Work was started as promised and steady progress was made through completion of both the exterior siding and interior drywall, to include electrical wiring.  All work was completed as promised except that the job was not completed until May, 2012 due to delay in ordering and installing the garage door and door opener and the stucco subcontractor scheduling errors.  As soon as the winter closed in, weather also became a factor since the stucco contractor began work later than planned and he could not work when the air temperature was below freezing temperature.  Also, the removal of the earth excavated to make room for the foundation was delayed because the earth was frozen and could not be moved.  At the completion of the job, the new stucco perfectly matched the existing garage stucco and the roof shingles and roof line perfectly matched the existing garage.  The excavated earth was moved to other parts of our yard and both the worksite and where the earth was moved was graded to blend with the existing grading.  Overall, we are pleased with both the quality and workmanship of the final product and the delay in construction and completion of the work was more of a nuisance than a major issue.
