After 16 years it was time to have the furnace and air conditioner replaced. Asked around and got several recommendation. Then got quotes from 3 different companies. Right from the start R&B was extremely responsive. Provide quote quickly. Actually did a follow up to call to see if I had any questions. They had 3 different levels of units: good, better and best. Got the same input from other companies. I went with the best. In regard to price they were very reasonable for what I wanted. Actually, they were the lowest price. Got worked schedule when I wanted it. Installer, Corey, did a great job. Showed up when promised. Put down drop clothes to protect area and stairs to basement. I have to say they have a good system. Installer shows up and makes final list of materials needed and calls main office to pull them. While he is removing units other people show up with new equipment. Also, help him remove old units. Very efficient way to operate. Installers van had everything needed to do the job. No running back to the warehouse for something else. Job took 2 days. After completion, everything was nicely cleaned up. Walked me through all the new equipment.
Am extremely pleased with work and value I got.
