Employee came and began job using our tools (had none).  Man returned with mulch (and 2 school age children) and worked until mulch ran out.  Returned the next day will more mulch, continued job, removed roses.  Did not rake the pine needles and debris but rather blew them with a blower, then put down mulch in part of the same area, but not where we wanted it.  They did NOT weed the large perennial garden as quoted, and wanted more money for the additional mulch.  When we asked for an itemized list of the additional charges they left.  The next day they came by and tried again to get us to pay the additional $216 for the additional mulch (an outrageous price !!).  When we repeated that we would need an itemized bill they left and did not return.  I also pointed out that they had quoted this job and if they didn't figure in enough mulch this was their problem, not mine. We also pointed out that they did not finish the job, per their quote.  We have not heard from them since.
They did gather up the debris from under the pine trees, bag it, and set it out at the curb for yard waste pickup
