We couldn't be more thrilled with the customer service provided by Matt, Mike and Luke. The guys are very knowledgeable and truly want to help the customer make the best choice for their floors. The guys have been very responsive to issues we had with one of the new install companies - Hallmark Properties and Renovations. We felt the company lacked the experience and professionalism to install the floors. (Installers told us they met Hallmark staff the week before at the store and just started working for them the week before.) The guys switched contractors for us to their amazing install contractor - 1GR. We could not be more pleased with the expert services provided by Vicky, and Juan and his team. Our floors are gorgeous! Choose Lumber Liquidators- Morse Rd and choose 1GR. You will be thrilled, like we are with the customer focus and attention to detail.
