Long's Construction

I called back and told him it was still leaking. I told him to give me a call and he did not give me a call. Then I called back again a couple of days later and asked him to call and he never did call. I called him myself, it was not through Angie's List. I called him after seeing a job he did down the road. I asked our niece about him and she was telling me about how good he was.   I called him and he came out and w quoted it. They did the job and after they did the job it rained a couple of days later and the roof was leaking up against the mobile home. I called and he said he would be out, but we were out and maybe happened to be out when he got there. I don't know if he came or did not come, because he did not leave a note or anything. That is why I called again as described above. The job looks alright, but it leaks and he would not call me back. Where he patched the back roof I do not think it leaks. Overall it went great, but it is leaking on the front porch. This was the first time I used this company.  My advice would be to get it in writing what you are going to do and make sure they have call backs if you call them. They were friendly and  did the job, but unfortunately it leaks. I did not get a second opinion. I was wanting a certain kind of plywood to be used, but he kind of talked me out of to use particle board. The work was good.  One morning he was two minutes early. He was professional up to the point that he did not call back.
