I treated my mom to girls day out. Scheduled the appointment months in advance and they screwed up the booking. My mom had to wait to get her pedi done while two of us were having ours done the staff is young and inexperienced in customer service. I had never been to this spa and won't return. My pedi started chipping off after a day. What a horrible waste of money and also a ruined treat for my mom.

I really like it there. I always go to the same stylist. She styles my beard because my beard has more gray hair in it that my hair does. She is nice and punctual. I don't have to wait long.
