I recommended John Chess to every person I know. I met John Chess when I was selling a commercial building that I own and he helped me reinvest my money to do 1031 exchange which allows you to sort of postpone paying your tax bill on the property that you sold to exchange one piece of property for another piece of property. There are very specific rules, about how it works and what you have to do. So, he helped me with that. He helped me reinvest the money that I had in my 401K. I got hit really hard with some of the downturn in the market, and helped me build that back up. He helped me and my husband with financial planning. John Chess is one of the few individuals that I have met who gets happy when you get what you want. He is all about helping you figure out what you want.
