Bill Steward is our go-to guy for nearly everything in our home! He helped us to remodel 85% of the interior when we first bought the house - from removing old flooring, old kitchen cabinets, old doors, to laying new ceramic tile in the foyer, kitchen, laundry room and 3 bathrooms, plus installing new bathroom vanities, sinks, faucets and toilets, to running new gas, water and electric lines for our new appliances, to installing new light fixtures, ceiling fan, and all new electric outlets, to painting the entire interior - including the garage! He is very professional but also friendly and we know we can always count on him.
We really like that Bill will often make suggestions to keep costs low or to address something we may have overlooked. He never pressures us into something we don't want. Often, his suggestions have saved us from having to go back and re-do something later.
This summer, Bill helped me tackle an outdoor project. We had a sun room off the back of the house but I wanted just a covered patio. With Bill's help and suggestions, we were able to salvage the existing roof, trim and columns to get what I wanted at a fraction of what a complete remodel would have cost (based on estimates I got from other sources.) This might not work for everyone - depends on your existing structure, but the main point I'm making is that Bill never says he can't do something - he always finds a way to help us get what we want. I highly recommend him and his work!
