Gordon’s Tree service

After he put the roof on, we didn't hear from him for a while, then he came back and put the gutter guards on. He only put the guards on 3 of the 4 sides of the house. He is just very poor with communication. He would never tell us that he finished something or not. Months had gone by before I noticed the one side with no gutter guard because I had seen a squirrel drinking water out of the gutter and then looked further and it was bent and full of debris from the roof. I called him and he simply gave me excuses, so I have finally decided to find someone else to fix it, who came out on November 14 to make the repairs. Gordon would never call back or answer my phone calls. I am hoping to have him pay for the difference it will cost for me to have it repaired by another company. I think Gordon's work is good, but only wants to work when he wants to.
