Will give them credit - I hired them initially to remulch and clear garden beds and the crew did a good job for that. The mulch was quality. Afterwards, I hired for weekly mowing and lawn care and service was good for about 1 year, but a problem started when shortly after a thunderstorm, and they used a riding mower right after the rain, leaving track marks all over the lawn. Picture of damage enclosed. Unfortunately not the first time they have mowed near a rain storm or it might have been ok, I have had to repair some areas in the past. This time fairly extensive because even though they seemed to know it was wet (I live on a muddy incline) they continued to mow through rather than stop the service and return a separate day. I called the owner to ask them why they did this, and they would not acknowledge the damage and all I wanted them to say was that they should have skipped that date. He reiterated he was doing a good job and told me none of the damage was permanent although he himself had not actually come out to look at it. Would have kept the service if they would had at least said it was poor policy to mow during rain as this is standard practice but he would not even acknowledge that and told me other companies would have done the same thing which is just not true. Would not recommend.

The guys are great. I have some bare spots on the hill on one side of the house from the riding mower that I didn't used to get with a push mower but otherwise I've very much appreciated their work. I plan to have them do leaf cleanup soon and resume lawn mowing/trimming in the Spring.

We are in our 5th year of service by Gasper, and would not consider going with anyone else. They are always on time, have made mid-week calls when we have something important and need a quick touch up, and always leave everything perfect! We could not be more pleased. We also use them for our annual mulching, flower planting, edging and shrub trimming. The just keep getting better! They remove all liter, cuttings and excess dirt / mulch. They remove old, rotting mulch, and clean the area before leaving. They always check with us before they leave on the big work days and make sure we are satisfied before they consider the job complete. We appreciate their incredibly hard work and follow through.
