I had a good experience with them.  They built me a garage and a retaining wall. He tore down an old concrete garage and tore down a wall and rebuilt both. He replaced doors and added steps. It was a big job. He finished in April. He is working for me now.  They worked around the weather without penalizing me. If the weather was bad, they did other job. The estimate was 20,000 less than other estimates. They were very responsive. They noticed my gutter was loose and fixed it without me asking. They were so pleasant to work with. It was hot sometimes. I could completely trust them. I did not have to be at the house. I could just let them go. He is now working at my new home. I am in a historic home. He is stripping paint and replacing moulding and repairing flashing on my roof. They were occasionally late. Some of the subcontractors were okay. They were not as professional as the contractor.
