First American Home Warranty sent a campbell's heating and air who I found out is an unregistered with the city to install a new water heater. He didn't pull a permit as required. The water heater was installed incorrectly with the exhaust unattached leaving the potential for carbon monoxide to escape and kill everyone in the house. Their is no drip pan, he put the pilot against the wall making it very difficult to light because he didn't want to have to move a couple pipes, and the exhaust to the flute was never sealed. Also the welds were performed incorrectly which will reduce the life of the water heater. On top of poor service, he said some nasty things to my mother in law and completely disrespected her. He was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Never use Campbell's heating and air.
