Brian Pew

Brian is a culinary school grad who has an extensive resume in the food business. He and his crew catered a burger and hot dog bar in our back yard for 50. We initially communicated by email, then he stopped by to see the facilities and to discuss details. He and his crew showed up on time, 3 hours before the start of the party. They helped move furniture and set up tables along with doing all their own prep. All the food was very fresh and invitingly displayed. He brought linked hot dogs, burgers, bratwurst, and portobello mushroom caps, about 20 different toppings for the bar including among other items cole slaw, sauerkraut, chili, guacamole, and bacon, along with a relish platter, cheese platter, and 9 different condiment sauces, large trays of mac and cheese, and a cucumber-watermelon salad. The price also included a crudités platter with dip, fresh fruit platter, cookie and brownie trays, bottled water, pop, and beer. They brought their own grill so guests enjoyed fresh-off-the-grill meats. Brian also brought all the disposable plates, glasses, plastic ware, and napkins along with trash cans. They made fresh sangria and offered it to the guests throughout the evening.The crew stayed about an hour after the end of the party to clean up and to box up any leftovers. Brian and his crew are young and enthusiastic, interacted with the guests very appropriately, and were extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
