Bland & Sons(Apple Heating & Cooling)

Basically, they didn't want to come out and service us where we live because they wanted more money. They told us that we needed a new furnace and air conditioner and, "This was the price it was going to cost," and we said, "Thank you." They overcharged. It was a high-pressure salesman. The furnace is working just fine. I pointed out something that I would like to have them do and that was not in their purview. He said, "No, that's not something I do." I would give the guy that came out an 'A'. As far as the company itself, I give them 'D.' I didn't appreciate the way we were treated.

They were about pricey. We had an emergency situation and they eventually got someone out there. For us living in our county they really don't want to work with us. All they look at is a dollar sign. They tried to  get us to buy a high priced AC and heating unit. They really strong armed us and we did not appreciate that at all. They sent a worker here that had been working 3 months, drilled a plug in our vent and he did not close it so we had a carbon monoxide leak. He did not know what he was doing. They did send someone else out to fix it.  They were punctual, very courteous, very clean but the problems we had soured us.
