The entire experience was awful. I gave Mark (Weinhardt) the price that wwwe had gotten from another contractor and he came in slightly under. The reason it turns out is that all the material he "proposes" are dirt cheap, bottom shelf from Home Depot or Lowes. He said the job would take 6 to 8 weeks and 11 weeks later of the three bathrooms, we didn't have a single one complete. We fired him and got 3000 dollars back so we essentially paid 12000 for two incomplete bathrooms and one that  was never touched. We have two sets of neighbors that both told us he was rarely at our house before 10am or after 2 and Mark's excuses were endless. Stay as far away from this guy as you can.

I have had remodeling/construction work performed many times, and I would say this is by far the best experience I have had. Projected to begin on February 25 planned for three weeks to finish the job, completed exactly to date promised. Always on time, if they needed to pick up supplies I always received a call well beforehand to let me know when they would arrive. I ask a lot of questions and always received a satisfactory answer, very professional group IMO. All carpentry work completed properly, all work level, plumb, doors adjusted exactly right. On last day cleaned up 100% , took all trash. When I offered a couple of suggestions, owner listened and acted upon it where warranted. I appreciated that because I felt we worked together to complete the project and my wife and I are very satisfied with each of the new rooms.
