I was given the contact information from someone in the apartment community who uses Archer Pest Control. Having bed bugs was a very embarrassing and upsetting situation. Steve returned my call on the weekend and was able to come out on Monday. He was very nice and made me feel much better about the situation. He was very professional and matter of fact. He explained that he does 3 treatments, with the 3rd being for peace of mind. After the 2nd treatment we did not see any signs of pests. Steve did come for the 3rd treatment and did not see any signs either. However, he did treat the home. Steve explained that bugs happen. It is not necessarily a cleanliness issue. He has treated apartment communities on up through very high end homes. Archer Pest Control's rate was much less than their competition. I highly recommend Archer Pest Control.
