The entire process, from beginning to end, is centered on providing service above and beyond customer expectations. Upon being contacted, our lines remain completely open to questions, concerns and specific customer needs. Exchange of media and other items can be arranged.

From the first call I made to Winncom Productions to receiving the final product, was a great experience. Gary took the time to talk with me about all the options I had and with his expertise in this field, he really made it easy for me to choose what to do. Gary is Honest and has integrity, which is hard to find in this day and age. I highly recommend Gary!

He was great to work with, always checked back if he had a question, and took personal satisfaction in doing a good job. He understands the value of the personal memories he is helping to preserve. I really enjoyed working with him, and not having to ship away my only copies of my family memories. His prices are very reasonable!

The project was to make Christmas gifts for my siblings. It was to transfer content of an old Christmas tape that included my now deceased parents and make it into a DVD. Mr. Winney understood the value of the gift and included each CD in a very nice case with a specialized label. The quality was excellent! Needless to say, my brother and sister were both thrilled as we viewed it on Christmas Day and they each had their own copy to take home with them so they could watch it again at their leisure. Thank you Mr. Winney for making this Christmas extra special for my family! I would highly recommend this company and plan on using it again for some old 8mm film that I would like to convert.

The date of service is approximate because I only remember the timeframe of when it was done, not the exact date.

It went beautifully. I contacted Winncom, gave them the various formats of videos I had, and they took it from there. I was quoted a fair price and that is what I was charged. When the dvd's were delivered they were in an album, organized by dates with color labels. I was really pleased and surprised. I could not be happier. Winncom Productions was honest, efficient and respectful of my prized property. I recommend them without hesitation and have contacted them recently to do another project!

Gary worked on these over the course of 6 months or more, and he delivered the CDs, complete with labels and a zippered case, at each deadline that we had agreed on beforehand. He also tweaked the sound quality to optimize it to the maximum possible. This preserved my father's teaching voice and content for his children and grandchildren. I could not be more pleased with Gary's professionalism, his easy manner, and the end product. He did what he said he would, when he said he would. He even redid a couple of the CDs without being asked to do so when he discovered a slight error that he made.
I would highly recommend Winncom Productions, and will definitely use Gary's services again in the future should I have another project.
