They damaged one of our refrigerator doors. There is a 5 long scratch that is so deep it is also dented. Most of the door is also very scuffed up. When I called the company about the damage the owner says it is my husbands fault because he told them that it would fit (by measurements). If they saw it was not going to fit he would have gladly removed the doors. Who in the world forces a refrigerator through a door. Do your self a favor and hire a company that knows what they are doing.

They came earlier than the estimate which was great! Very cheerfully moved an extra table from the basement to the kitchen for us. This table was not part of the move.

On June 27th 2022, they came out to do an estimate to move our items to our new house. The owner Tina Horning was coming out but then they could not so the manager came out. I was told I would get a folder with the companies info and email the estimate. I never got a folder with the company info. On July 6th I signed the estimate online. I emailed them on August 10th to make sure we were still good to move everything on August 15th and that the new date to move everything into our new house was for August 29th, not the 25th and to be at my new house by 2 pm. I was told in an email I would get a call on Friday, August 12th to confirm the move and never did so I emailed again and was told I would get a reminder email on Sunday about the move which I did. When the movers came on August 15th they wrapped everything with blankets, shrink wrap, and big rubber bands. Before they moved anything they needed me to sign something saying that they can start moving. I thought would just be that but it was another contract stating that if they damage/lose anything they are not liable for anything and never talked about the extra insurance you could get as well. On August 25th I got 2 phone calls while at work saying my items were being moved. I called them back saying that in a previous email I said not to move anything until August 29th so they moved everything back into the storage unit. On August 29th 2022, they were over 2 hours late. I called twice and emailed them and did not hear anything until around 3 pm saying they wont get there until around 4 pm. Once the movers came it was a different mover than the last time and a ton of items were not wrapped in blankets and shrink wrap anymore and were damaged. I was told by the co-owner Andy, they would pay 60 cents per pound and that I still owned over $1200. They damaged and stole over $8,000. They will not email me or call me anymore to talk about this. I asked for the bill of landing and it took over a week to get. I called every day before they closed to get it. The 1st estimate is not the contract, the contract is the one you sign before they start anything. Do not use this company they will not treat you or your items with care and do not want to work with you.

The quote and price were over $100 different. They scratched 2 of my larger wood items very badly. One of the movers was very rude. I have moved over 20x in my life and this was by far the worst experience and most expensive!! Would not even consider recommending.

I have a heavy mattress, and that was a challenge for the movers. They were friendly and put everything right where I asked! Could have had a little more hustle though, they were paid by the hour.
