It went very well. They were very polite, professional, they protected the house coming in and out. Everything went well.

It was fantastic. They were only here for about 6 and a half hours. They were clean. My house was clean. When they left, the bathroom was as clean as they came.

I could not ask for more and I'm very pleased with the service. The quality was good. They were good and there's no mess. They cleaned up after themselves.

Senior Safe initially installed a shower and chair lift to the basement at my mother's home. This was followed by a second chair lift from the side door to her kitchen and shower installation in my own home. Dave has been a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in offering suggestions in the planning stages. The installers were punctual, clean, experienced and completed the bathtub removal and shower installation in less than half a day. I would highly recommend Senior Safe and would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

The job from start to finish was an excellent experience. We haven't had good luck with contractors in our area since we moved here in 2010. That said, Dave Morris @ Senior Safe and his crew gave me hope. We are not seniors, yet, Dave still took the time to come out and give me a quote. Dave arrived at the appointment right on time. He had a three ring notebook full of referrals, satisfied customers, permits...the works. He was professional and courteous. We had contacted other contractors regarding this project. Out of six contractors I contacted, one other gentleman came out to do an estimate. I waited one week - never heard back from him. When the three man crew arrived they were prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. The job was done on time with little to no effort on my part. We couldn't be happier! We have another bathroom that needs work. Not only will we be calling Senior Safe in the spring/summer 2016, but I will be recommending his company to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.

Dave Morris' crew did an excellent job installing a step-in bath tub for us. It's a beautiful product and worth what we paid for it. The low threshold on the tub door makes all the difference to a person unable to easily get into a tub. The men arrived right on time, did a great job installing the tub and cleaned everything up before they left. We are very happy with the end result. Dave followed up with a call to see that we were satisfied with everything.

He arrived at 9:30 AM. He was very efficient and finished by 11:30 AM. He showed me how to work it and had me go up and down the stars.
