SB Contracting Services, LLC

Russ had no idea how to lay this type of tile.  It is skinny long plank tile.  He screwed up this whole job.  We have 1800 sqft of tile that is so uneven you can barley walk on it.  It hurts your fee.  We had Russ out to our house once we moved in to let him know what we think and see if he had any idea of why the tile is so bad and is there anyway to fix it.
Russ's response was "it is what it is".  That was his response!! "it is what it is"??
He then told us that we had small children that were running around the house and they were stepping on the wet tile.  We were not living in this house at this time.  It took him about 4 weeks to lay this tile and he would only work a few days a week for a few hours a day.  But what he is tellling us is that everyday he did come and lay some tile, we would bring our kids over to the house and let them walk on each tile that was laid that day?  That's why the tile is not flat!
He told our builder that he would fix it, then he told them he would not fix it and again "it is what it is"
Worst experience of our life.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR YOUR TILE OR ANYTHING.  

The entire job was scoped out by the insurance company to take over 4 months to complete.  We were back in the house in 3 months and very happy with the results.  I would recommend  SB Contracting Services, LLC to anyone who has gone though the experience we had to do all the work you need to do a remodel due to loss or just to upgrades.
