Concrete Repair
He poured the cement driveway and back walkway in the rain when I asked him not to. The cement spauled and cracked, He came and replaced a few severely cracked pieces only to have those pieces crack and peel extensively. I will have to now pay to have it repaired since he cannot seem to pour a decent load of cement. Argued with me and didn't listen to my requests.
