I still went ahead and scheduled my repair. The first two appts the person just did not show. I had to call the "1-800" number back and reschedule.
The third time a repair person did arrive. They looked at my oven, but then told me it was not a brand he could service. e did still attempt to look at it. In this process he destroyed one of the molex circut board plugs. I know this as I had done this myself once when taking off the LED the wires will strop off the plug, so I knw excautly what he did. As somebody that is good with soldering it is an easy fix.
However, I was not in the room, but when he talked to me. He told me that I needed a new circut board, as well as other parts. It would be a few days and to expect a return call.
Well he just took the money and ran. After repeated attempts to contact again - no reply call. Then after a few weeks, I took the oven apart myself again, (noticed the ripped out plug -) and realized that I had been better off without this service
