Our equipment consist of all commercial grade mowers, trimmers, blowers, snow blades and trailers that are checked weekly to prevent any down time that may occur with improper maintenance.

The owner has no communication with his worker no the customer. Didnt show up to tell his worker what we hired him to do .... Dont return any calls wouldn't answer ur text . Had to redo the job 3x felt sorry for his worker 100% bc he didn't communicate on any level with him . Not to mention he was rude . A job that was to be done he said with in 5 days took over 2 weeks bc of the mess up and had to be fix.

They sent one guy to do the work. He did the front back only. Did not do side of house or garage or grass along the fence by the driveway, no trimming of bushes in front, no raking of leaves branches in front or back or near driveway. All leaves branches were suppose to be hauled away.

E & T did a great job repairing our lawn after it was torn apart during a new driveway install. They took the time to listen to our concerns, gave us options, were professional and friendly. Their work looks great! We're so happy with the results! We would absolutely recommend their services.

One week they did not mow my grass. I called twice and on the second call stated I was pissed off that they had not cut my grass. When they called me back the woman said that she did not t appreciate being yelled and cussed at. I at no point yelled nor cussed. I told the woman that I had said I was pissed off and she said it was the same thing. She then informed me the grass did not need to be cut. I had new grass planted in the back that I had been watering every day and it had gotten to be 6 inches tall. It definitely needed to be cut. When I tried to explain that to her she kept interrupting me and saying I was cussing and yelling at her. Then she said she was terminating my service and hung up on me. I tried to find another company to mow my grass but everyone said they were full for the summer. In desperation I decided to call E and T and apologize for saying I was pissed off and ask that my service be reinstated. I never heard back from them. I have left reviews on several other platforms and each response from them is that I cursed and yelled at them. One response said that they had not even read my review before responding. I admit that I said that I was pissed off and that it was discourteous. I even apologized for it but I at no time cursed or yelled. Based on the front yard I agree the grass did not need to be cut but the back yard definitely did need to be cut. They should inspect the whole yard before deciding not to mow the lawn. I am leaving this negative review because I believe the woman I spoke to was unprofessional and rude. I was also unhappy with the quality of their work since they did not mow my grass when it needed it.

"Margaret, this is literally the 3rd place you have attempted to leave me a review. You keep saying the "woman" that you spoke to. I am one of the owners, my name is Tina Horning. You left a voice-mail cussing us out and when I called to speak with you, you were short and disrespectful to me. I don't call somewhere when I'm upset and start cussing out the owner or an employee for that matter of any company. I attempt to speak to the staff respectful to resolve an issue. We never guarantee a day for cutting it just is impossible with the weather and sometimes it can't be completed on the same day every week. We do attempt to cut a clients lawn."

Trimming shrubs was good except we are till waiting for them to come back and finish what they missed. They charged my credit card before checking with me to see if the job was done. Mulching and edging not so good. New yard seeding did not have straw as promised and the seeds washed away with the first rain.

"Dave, We just walked this property with you 3 days ago. We went on Friday evening and it is now Monday. You are scheduled for this week to have our guys address the concerns. We placed pin mulch which is equivalent to straw and less messy for our clients to maintain. Basically, it is like hydroseeding without the machine. You didn't bring any concerns to our attention for at least 5 or 6 days. By this time you had already taken it upon yourself to correct a few minor concerns. The mulch you stated there were a few lower branches on some shrubs that needed clearing off more. There were a few items you wanted to be trimmed up more, which we had."

The work they did was good just that they did not do what they said they would. They refused to give me a breakdown of material and labor. They activated my account for the last payment without my permission or even notifying me they had finished the job.

"Gary, I recently received your review online. Andy spoke with you prior to starting the project and during the project as well. I am one of the other owners Tina Horning, we are not in the office and for faster responses our office staff spoke with you on follow up. We advised we were not finished on a Friday afternoon but would have someone out to finishing tailoring the clean up Monday. You mowed over debris and rock from our work area that we advised we were going to need to come out for. Your card was charged after the project was completed on that Monday. We sent people back out again not once but twice, after to clean up the debris."

My neighbors have been going crazy about how great my yard looks. This company pays close attention to detail. How it looks matters to them. They were responsive from day one. They came out right away and got started soon after. I am at her GH risk with this COVID-19 and they were so respectful of that. The men they sent over were careful and friendly and professional. I can t say enough good things about them. Even the receptionist was so informative, making sure I was aware of everything I needed to know.

Tina was very responsive throughout the whole process. We wanted landscaping in some existing beds, and she worked within our budget to find plants that we requested as well as others she knew would work well. She checked with us continually to make sure we were happy with the choices, and always got back with us in a prompt, timely manner. We could also tell that she really enjoys working with plants... very knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our finished product... it s beautiful!!
