Bill is the most reliable person I've worked with in the lawn and landscaping business. He is prompt, reliable and does a good job. If he is going out of town or has some kind of change of schedule, he calls in advance to ensure that it is not problematic for us. One time he accidentally ran over our dog's football that was left in the yard. He called to apologize and bought her a new ball the next day.
