Dale is a true professional that knows his job.He did a wonderfull job on the install and he was very kind to my pets.I will be calling him again when i decide on colors for my curtains.

When Dale Wages arrived he talked with my husband and me about our thoughts and ideas for the window in our newly remodeled bathroom. We asked for his suggestions as well. After discussing what we all felt may or may not work, Dale brought in samples of honeycomb blinds and wood-styled shutters. He explained how each product worked and showed us how each would appear in the window.
Dale answered our questions with accuracy and was careful to not influence our decision. Once we selected the honeycomb blind he then gave us color samples to select from as well as explaining the various pull system options. He gave us good guidance upon selecting the blind that opened from both the top and bottom. This choice allows for light into the room as well as privacy from outdoors.
Once our selections were made, we sat down, drew up the order, he explained each cost thoroughly along with the warranties.
We especially liked the and quot;No questions asked consumer assurance programand quot; offered by Budget Blinds that allows for a one time repair or replacement (at their discretion) should the product become damaged or inoperable once installed.
Dale gave us an approximate arrival date. The blind arrived sooner than predicted. Dale made arrangements to install the blind. The installation took approximately thirty minutes. Dale arrived as scheduled and left the area very tidy after the installation.
Dale was extremely professional and easy to work with for this project. We appreciated his easy manner and consideration towards us. We are very pleased with our blind and it looks great. We will use Dale again in the future and highly recommend his services to others.

Dale was so helpful and professional from the very start. He did not try to sell me products I wasn't interested in or upsell for a higher priced product he carried. He was very respectful of my time and completely reliable. The installation was quick and he made sure I understood how the product was to perform and what warranties I had. I couldn't ask for a better interaction and that's saying quite alot since we are about mid-way through extensive renovations on our home.

The salesperson was very professional. She was very patient with me when I couldn't make up my mind. She helped me pick out the right colors. It didn't feel like pressure. She was honest with me. She took off some of the cost because I found something cheaper some where else, but I still wanted to go with them. She gave me 50% difference between the prices. The company that the blinds were purchased from has a one time, no questions asked replacement policy.

Dale was very prompt, professional and did a great job. He came in and did an in depth quote for our office building. At the time we discussed the best options for our situation and he helped us select the best color for the blinds. The prices were reasonable and he ordered them right away with the deposit. After only a week they were in and he made the appointment to install them. They were installed fast and easy and Dale made a point to install the blinds and not cause any distractions to the business day.
