The ordering process was very easy, and the first time I called to check on the order, they were very nice. Then my fianc e got the order and said it looked nothing like what was promised. Somehow purple is an acceptable substitution for fall colors. When I called to say I was not satisfied, I was told "well we did what was on the order" and said that they substituted for colors they didn't have. I understand they don't always have exact colors on hand, but when I got a cold "well we did what the order sheet said." And on top of it she had the audacity to say "next time you order make sure to note you don't want any substitutions." Next time I order? I'll never use them again.
