Universal Electric's response was very good. They were able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem caused by wires being cut by thieves during a break in. We had no air conditioning in the church until they fixed the problem. They then provided us with a quote to finish the work necessary, as our insurance company required this.
We are very pleased with the level of service, the professionalism, and the cost for this emergency service.
I cannot make a strong enough recommendation for this fine company. If you are seeking an electrical contractor who is above reproach, look no further!

They were excellent. Very accommodating, asked questions, listened to our desires, and even made change while in process as we changed our minds about light locations etc. The electrician on our project was super - a real professional.
