I can't speak to "value for my money" as this job isn't complete (won't be for five days).

Great service very professional

They got back to me quickly. They never caught one skunk. I have seen skunks walk right by the traps They get your initial money then not much communication. Not recommend it.

I was contacted within 30 minutes of inquiry. It was a Sunday with other appointments but i was fit in without asking! I was told the prices for different scenarios and that is what I paid. The customer service was wonderful! I would highly recommend!

All they did was take my mattresses and the smelly box spring. Out of my house, and put close to the curb. They did cover the box spring with the plastic I had. The one guy thought a whole in a barrel I had was too small. Of course They left without taking it out. I found the mice. I rushed it outside not worrying about my being disabled, or the fact that the barrel had all my twin bedding in it. I also threw out my coffee table. No discount for the disabled or seniors. I'm over 50. I can see maybe $100, but not $175. They didn't use no chemicals. I had the plastic. I cleaned up all the poop with my sweeper. They didn't wear masks and they weren't vaccinated.

They are prompt in returning your call. They get you scheduled in a timely fashion.

After trying everything to get rid of a groundhog under my deck I finally contacted them and they were very professional and efficient. I thought the price was somewhat high but it was worth it.

Had a great experience with Kris. Very responsive to emails and text and based on our situation comforting to know he was corresponding with us quickly. He was flexible on times and arrived within the time frame given to me.

Appreciated contact and updates daily. We were informed of progress and were rid of unwanted critters. Grateful to have left disposal to the professionals. Service a bit pricey. We went with full service format rather than a set number of traps/cages at a particular cost each. Prompt and courteous.

Very good at being on time and being honest about what it will take to do the job. Animals that are caught may suffer at least 10 hours before they return to remove them.
