Everyone at USA Water Proofing was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the process. Jim and his crew worked as a team , finished 1 day early, and was very considerate. They protected everything with plastic, and cleaned up behind themselves. I’am very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend USA Water Proofing.

They were prompt with getting us scheduled for an estimate. When they came out they were through and I felt confident moving forward with them, a very no nonsense approach which is appreciated! The estimate was less than what we had been quoted from other companies. When they came and did the work the crew was extremely friendly and Mark was great with customer services all throughout the process. We’ll definitely be working with them again for our next concrete project.

Steve Rusk was very responsive to the water intrusion situation in our basement. The source/cause of the water was not obvious and Steve went above and beyond to diagnose the problem. He designed a comprehensive plan to remedy the problem and was able to have the work completed quickly. Not only was the quality of the work fantastic, but all of the workers he brought into our home were great. Our basement is dry and after the great job that Steve and USA Waterproofing did, we are confident it will stay that way! His attention to our needs was exceptional - he is an expert in his field. We would highly recommend Steve and USA Waterproofing!!!!

They dis the job as promised with no surprises in price. About a month after install i had some leaks around the rivets holding the plastic walls. They came out within a few days and repaired them and i have not had a problem since about 5 years. I priced 5 companies and this price was the second lowest i used them because they were not pushy and just gabe the i fo and price and their approach made the most sense for our basement. I do house remodeling so i knew the multiple approaches that could work and they gave the best option at a good price. Main thing they showed up did the work on time as promised.

Price was excellent. Work was completed in a very professional manner by personnel who knew what they were doing and who were very pleasant to deal with. They cleaned up very nicely and left the project ready for restoration. Ditto for the insulation and drywall repairs.

If I coud give them 10 Stars instead of 5, I would! They were friendly, courteous, professional, and showed meticulous attention to detail. They worked so hard during the hottest days of the summer that I kept checking to make sure they took time to cool off!
