Sprinkler Pro LLC

Sprinkler Pro came out as scheduled and shut down our system for the winter. I am very happy with their service and will be hiring them again.

It went very well. I hired John to do their spring start up package which includes two hours of labor. He fixed the pipe, found a wired that had been chewed which fixed the zone and fixed a couple of busted heads. The price was reasonably, he charged me for going slightly over the two hours, but that was fine given the amount of work he did. His charges for the parts seemed reasonable also.

Tom was extremely professional and knowledgeable.  Felt very comfortable working with him.

I found Jon as I was doing research on what was required to get a deduct meter for an irrigation system. The clerk at my local water department mentioned his company's name as someone that has performed many deduct meter installations. I contacted Jon and he promptly came and gave me a quote. A few months passed and I was ready to start my project, but I did have a few changes to the original plan. Jon worked me into his schedule and did an excellent job of working within the parameters of what I need now, and what I'll need in the future. Then my landscaper came and screwed up a lot of his work while installing my yard. On short notice, Jon came out and fixed everything, which took him nearly a day. Jon didn't charge me for the extra work, but I think my landscaper owes him a solid reference.

He is very professional and we have repeatedly used his services. This one was for spring startup for our sprinkler system. Excellent workmanship and hardworking man!

Jon showed up to the house on time and proceeded to repair the broken water pipe coming from the house. When this was finished, he turned the system on and checked every sprinkler head as I walked around with him. He replaced a rotor head as part of the deal and then replaced one pop-up head that was damaged. He made suggestions about some of the other sprinkler heads that may need replaced in the future. Jon was very thorough, professional and informative. The cost of the start-up service was $149 + the cost of replacing one pop-up head at $15. I am going to be added to his contact list to have my winterizing done by him in the fall.

His price was right and negotiable, he has good job ethics and is hard working. His repairs went well. Will hire him again.

Our complain was it took longer than we assumed because we assumed that he had a crew. It's just himself. But having that aside everything was fine. If he will be delayed he notified my husband through text. He was very professional.

The job went perfectly. I enjoyed the watering system, especially with all the heat we had.
