They inspected two homes for us. The first one was a sales inspection. The inspector saved us thousands of dollars. The second one, he helped and pointed out some things that needed to be fixed before we could move in. It was $250 to almost have a 3000 square foot house inspected. He took his time. He was very thorough. He spent three and a half hours going over the house and checking everything. He unscrewed the panels to the circuit breakers in the basement to make sure the wiring was done properly. He looked under the sinks and turned on faucets to make sure things weren’t leaking. He did everything you can possibly want in the house. He got up on the roof and checked out everything. He spent at least an hour on the outside of the home and then two and a half hours inside. He had a little notebook that he went through and wrote down everything. He then wrote a detailed inspection report that actually was able to get us out of the home buying process for the one where we had the sales inspection. His notes were very detailed. He took pictures of all the problems and there was a record of it. The $250 that we paid him saved us $250000. We actually used his services for our current house that we actually did buy and went through the process. He is very good.
