+ 0 moreI called the company 3 times on 10/30/19 (starting early morning) and left a message twice. In the evening, I even sent an email detailing my issues and if they could please call me. By 11:00 a.m., I finally called another company who came out right away. PDR is VERY unprofessional! They should have called or emailed to say that they were busy. Their "great" reviews all over the Internet must be a hoax! I found a WONDERFUL new company and will be writing a most favorable review on them!
Description of Work: I needed my furnace checked due to heat not coming on and a plumbing issue because of slow drains.
