Ohio Plumbing

The job started out ok, but slow because of the weather. The crew didn't have the correct size "digger" for the job which meant more $. It took them 3 tries to find the sewer line...that meant 3 days of digging and 3- 9 foot deep holes in my front yard, PLUS then finally the 75 yard trench. The crew was insulted when I my neighbor came over to consult me on the job. And NOW, 8 months later I have water in my basement again and OHIO PLUMBING LTD (8252 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, Ohio, License #14254) OWNER, JIM A. CLARK REFUSED to come out to fix the problem, honoring his warranty on my $8000 sewer job. So now I have to hire another contractor to fix the sewer line? Ohio Plumbing should be scratched off your list if you ever need any plumbing done beyond perhaps a clogged toilet.

Ohio Plumbing put new inside fixtures in and one toilet did not work - water keeps running and never shutting off. We called and asked for them to come back and they have made five appointments to come back and have been five "no shows". I am working with BBB now but have not received any resolution. Spoke to Jim Clark and he was very unprofessional when I told him the BBB asked me to call and set up another appointment (#6). He accused me of being uncooperative and didn't appreciate being turned into the BBB. I asked him when he would come and complete the job and he said he would call back and still hasn't. The job was done on 12/7/17 and it is now 1/30/18 and still can't use the one toilet. I don't want another consumer to have an experience like this.
