Fish Window Cleaning

Fish Window Cleaning did an excellent job on our home. We had them pressure wash our house, deck, and front porch as well as wash our windows. Great job all around, would definitely recommend!

Disappointing. Several screens were not replaced. One window, a ground floor window that is rarely used, was left unlocked. The workers complained about working on Saturday and made clear that they expected a tip for the work. I do not trust these people in my house.

The Team came when they said they would and were very professional . Did the Windows and Cleaned off the Gutter Screens. I would Recommend them for this type of work.

Very nice and professional but price is outrageous for what was done. Workers were only at the house for 1 hour. Company also quoted me $250+ for gutters. I was able to hire someone else to do the job for only $80. Windows do look great.

Arrived on time and worked quickly. Very nice.

Overall we were not pleased with the service provided. The problem was the sales associate over promising what was included in the basic clean and the assurance they would be able to clean our skylights. When the first crew got there they did not wipe down the tracks like promised, the skylights we're not reachable, and the screens were not wiped down and put back. The owner came out and promised it would be fixed, minus the skylights as they were not able to reach them safely. The second crew came out and did wipe down the tracks and screens but none of the screens were put back in. Being frustrated with the whole process I just paid and had them leave. I reach back out to the owner letting him know that I was dissatisfied with the service and they still did not put our screens back in. I gave him a day to respond and he still has not acknowledged my message. Overall disappointed with the company and service. I would never recommend to anyone.

2 young guys worked quickly and did a great job.

They did a very good job! Cleaned both the inside and outside of all of our windows quickly and with minimum interruption to our daily routine. Cleaned up their work areas afterwards. We are very pleased and will hire Fish again.

Kenna and Frank couldn't be nicer!  Very professional.  They arrived on time, explained what was to be done, and cleaned the subject areas very well.  Not only does this company clean my windows, but they will always pressure wash my patio.  Blue stone is somewhat unusual in this area, and they knew just what to do.  Thanks for doing such a great job!

Bay window on my side of unit is streaking and has smears on the right side of large center window.  Family room has three windows on front side of unit not noticeably cleaned may have missed cleaning those.  Overall job is not to my satisfaction.

I emailed my request for what I wanted done and the out side fixtures done and the technicians said that they weren't on the invoice so, since I had the email showing them the request they said they would clean the outside of the fixtures only. 

They are still looking badly.  

I will not recommend this company.

The provider visited the site to prepare and submit an estimate.  The estimate included all the details of the quote including equipment that would be required for accessing the second story exterior windows.  They did a very good job on all the windows and they stayed clean for quite a long time.  The only negative comment is the cost.  We had windows cleaned about 7 years ago for about 40% of the cost of this provided with comparable results.

Overall we had a disappointing experience and cannot recommend Fish.  The owner did respond to our issues, but the response represented a distinct shift in what was originally committed in terms of services provided and quality of work.  First, our gutters appeared to have not been cleaned at all. After forwarding photos to the owner and his own personal inspection, he agreed that the gutters were still dirty.  But he told us that he only cleans part of the gutters anyways, so we shouldn't expect 100% of the gutters to appear clean if he were to re-do the work.  Why in the world wouldn't this information be clearly outlined in the written job quote that we received.  Second, our siding was dirtier in some places than before the powerwash.  We pointed this out to the worker on the day of the job, and forwarded photos to the owner.  The consistent response that we received was that they don't want to use too much pressure or else they'll risk taking the paint off of the aluminum.  Two points of confusion remain:  (1) why even agree to take the job if you don't think you can clean the siding, and (2) why make the client's house dirtier than it was originally?

Instead of taking the owner up on his offer to re-do the work, we fixed the issues ourselves, and cut off the risk of further disappointment and mis-communications.  Honestly, if you cannot fully or adequately clean siding and gutters, don't take the job or the client's money !
