They used too much heat to press a brand new men's suit and it came back with the pocket flaps all crinkled, the seams of the lining could be seen from the outside of the suit, there were several spots where the fabric was creased around the double vents and pockets, and there's a snag on it that wasn't there before. I called and they said the boiler was malfunctioning and getting too hot, but they did the suit anyway. I'll be calling management about this. We used to be a regular DO Summers customer because they are convenient for us, but I can't trust them anymore with our clothes. A whole bunch of dress shirts started showing premature wear along the collars and cuffs after using medium starch and had to be thrown out, and some suits were also starting to look shiny. I'll be looking for a better alternative.
