I have taken my computer to them numerous times.  They are efficient.  I know the owner and I am always treated very well as I am sure they treat everyone  They give lots of information.

This is the only computer I can use for work and the biggest issue I have with the company is that I needed to keep calling them to check the status of the repair.  I realize that it took some time to receive the part but several times when I called I was told they would call me back and most of the time they did not call me.  I was without the laptop for approximately 2 weeks.  When I picked it up, the battery was still not charging with the power cord plugged in.  They admitted that they did not intall the new part correctly and did make the correction quickly the second time.  The computer has worked fine since that time.  I can't honestly say if their prices are high or not as I was not able to compare the price for the same type of repair elsewhere.  As far as using them again, I may or may not.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Dave, the technician, arrived right on time and proceeded to provide capable, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly service. I've hired companies to perform computer installation before and the work has never gone more smoothly. Don't hesitate to hire Compass -- and ask for Dave.
