BRIAN'S PAINTING

The windows have a wood trim so the paint was peeling and rotting in some spots. Brian repaired what he could then cut out rotting pieces and replaced with new wood. On the last day he was working it started to rain. The paint coat he had just put on the back windows was ruined and washed away. He said he would come back in the spring to touch up the paint as it was already Nov and was pretty cold. I called in the spring, summer and fall for him to come back out but he never did. The wood in the back looks terrible because it basically wasn't painted. The BondO material he used to fix rotted pieces was pink so now some of my windows sills have a pink hue to them. The parts that weren't affected by rain have already started to peel. He did many houses on my street and several of them had similar problems. We filed a small claims court suit and won. We are trying to collect our money but it doesn't look like this will ever happen. Stay away from this contractor!
