I needed all new gutters and downspouts installed on my house. I had 4" gutters and needed 6". BC Gutter Co did an awesome job, the gutters look great, they cleaned up everything. The cost was very reasonable and the owner and his crew were professional, respectful and polite. Also, they do NOT require any money up front; you pay when the job is complete. That is a rarity in these days.

I have had two installers take a look at the work Bryan Cantrell and his sons did. One of the installers was from Angie's List, the other was from Unique Home Solutions. Both agreed that the workmanship was poor and that the fascia and rakes need to be redone! The fascia is wavy and the rake edges are not up to the drip edge. Also, the gutters are not aligned. The only thing that looks halfway descent are the soffits. It was suggested that flat aluminum coil fascia should not have been used. A stronger fascia with a fluted edge should have been used instead. I feel totally taken advantage of. I trusted the reviews and what Bryan told me. What a mistake that was!

Their work looks great. They were very fairly priced, consistent with their communication, and very punctual/timely. The crew was very nice as well. I would use them again.

They showed up on time, did the job and cleaned up. Brian was very knowledgeable about the work to be done and explained everything to me. I am completely satisfied with the gutter installation.

They did a fine job. They were some what more expensive than the other quotes we got, but that is not what we based our decision on. I did not feel like it was to high though.

Poor workmanship and quality of product: 1.) The fascia started appearing wavy 2.) The gutters are not aligned with the roof 3.) The rakes don't go up to the drip edge 4.) There is exposed wood not covered with aluminum 5.) The soffits seem to appear okay

I usually don't write reviews unless I'm extremely happy or upset with service, because most of the reviews same the same thing over and over. Everything went great! I am a good distance from his location (almost an hr 1 way) so for him to be punctual said something! I prefer electronic communication (I like a paper trail) so I requested to have someone contact me for a quote through their website. I received an e-mail and a phone call within 12 hrs (i think it was like 4 hrs) of initial contact. He stopped over on a Saturday afternoon at 4pm for the quote (most people would push it off till Monday). I explained what I wanted and why and he agreed with everything. Explained what the processes was and hand wrote a quote. Pick any color I wanted because it didn't change the price. Told me he uses hidden brackets that could probably hold myself up too from the gutters. I asked for the diverters and told me that he only charges for the product (his cost) no extra labor even though there is time involved. Also mentioned if I wanted, he would route the down spouts on the side of the house instead of the front so it wasn't an eye sore. While working he added some extra flashing that was needed at no additional charge. I asked why no extra charged. "I like the go the extra mile to make sure everything is done right the first time, even if it costs alittle extra time or more work involved. That way I don't ever have to come back. You seem like a nice guy, but if I never have to see you again, I'm fine with that." I didn't even bother to get an other quotes (he was the first one). I was sold when he told me that. He said he would be there at 9am for the install, but showed up at 9:30. Not a big deal for me but just worth mentioning. I was at work, but my wife said she hardly knew the crew was there. I came home to new gutters and 0 mess. My house gutter run was 45' (each side) and garage was 25'(each side) with one downspout on 1 end of the run. The picture is of the diverter in case someone else wondered what they look like. I didn't take any pictures.

We are very satisfied with BC Gutter Company. Bryan is very knowledgeable about his line of work. He is able to install several varieties of gutter guards, not just one-size fits all, so there was no high pressure sales pitch. He recommended a product based on the type of roof we had (steep grade). He and his team were very professional. They showed up when they said and the job was well done and completed in a timely manner. They were a hard working, nice group of guys and we would highly recommend them.

BC came out the day after I called to give me a quote, then showed up the next week when they said. The work was well done and done quickly. He was fair and honest. Would highly recommend.

The work was completed in a professional manner and as expected.  Cleanup was good.  The gutters look great and I am looking forward to not having to clean gutters in the future.

Bryan is top notch. He called back quickly, showed up quickly, gave us simple but thorough estimates for three plans to improve our gutters and then showed up on time a week later and quickly finished the job. He and his son left no mess behind and they were also very careful and conscientious about protecting our roof while the work was done. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive product and gave us good advice on what materials would be best, and why. We have a large roof on a split level house, so there are lots of gutters and some challenging drainage patterns, but Bryan knew exactly how to handle it and did so at a reasonable cost.

I would not call anyone else if I had another house that needed gutters.

Bryan was extremely professional and knowledgeable about gutters and the most effective way to replace my gutters. Very easy to schedule an estimate (I didn't even have to be home) and the prices were very reasonable. I originally planned on only replacing the gutters that were absolutely necessary, but based on the competitive prices Bryan provided, I went ahead and replaced the gutters on the entire house.

During the job, Bryan provided me updates, offered options and provided suggestions based on his expertise.  I feel Bryan suggested the most efficient and cost-effective ways to do this job and did not try to sell me anything that wasn't necessary. The crew was hard working and cleaned up after the job.

After the job, I even had a neighbor come over and ask for an estimate for her house. I had no problems recommending BC Gutter to do her job based on my experience.

He and his son do the work instead of subcontracting. He was better than anyone I interviewed. He knew everything about gutters and was even able to solve our water problem. He's extremely attentive to detail, extremely polite and professional. I'm pretty fussy and hard to please and he exceeded every expectation! The quality of the work and product was exceptional. I have extensive landscaping and ndash; bushes, flowers, trees, etc and ndash; and he didn't mess up anything! He was wonderful and kept everything tidy while he was doing the work and after. He just hit every good button and ndash; I couldn't believe how well everything went! His price was also better than the 5 other people I interviewed!
