If you are used to going to a shoe repair shop, you know they can often be dirty/messy. Al Nola is nothing like this. It is clean, neat, and organized--which only makes one want to linger and peruse the shoe accessories for sale. Not only do they do shoes, but they repair and sell luggage.
My work briefcase's zipper had broken and they fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. When it was done, it looked amazing--like the zipper had never been replaced. Terrific repair! They are located on Chagrin in Shaker Hts, which is not particularly close to my house. But it was well worth the drive.

I was extremely satisfied with the repairs. The support foot, which had broken at one of the places through which it was riveted to the bag, had been fully repaired and the two rivets replaced with screw fasteners. The top handle had been replaced and feels strong and sturdy. The zipper pull for the expandable zipper had also broken off while back, and the shop replaced the missing pull at no extra charge.
