Absolute gave me a free estimate for an exhaust system that was $150 lower than Midas whose estimate included a "free" muffler since it was done by them 4 years ago. Absolute did an excellent job, had it done as promised and made sure I was satisfied. I then took my Grand Prix for a leaking power steering line and they repaired it for less than $100. (I was given a $500 estimate by another auto service chain.) Joe, the owner, is extremely professional, gives free estimates and provides low cost options for the repairs whenever possible. (Nice guy too) He wants you to be satisfied when you leave

Absolute was very professional from the appointment setting through vehicle pick up. They provided a prompt estimate with a clear picture of what did and did not need to be repaired and offered a range of options. They completed the job on time and right at the amount estimated. I have had no problems since the repairs were made. I am very satisfied and the1 year warranty on the repair is a good sign that they stand behind their work.

Having just moved to the area I was looking for a service shop to maintain my 2002 Subaru Outback. I had spoken to "Joe" on Jan 7th and he told me to just drop the car in when it was convenient. Just for now all I wanted was a routine oil change and tire rotation, but I discussed a couple of issues that I was considering attending to. These included: pulsating brakes, unburnt fuel smell from time to time and cooling fan running when the engine was still cool. Joe did not offer to fix any of these issues immediately. His approach was to offer suggestions of things I could do that might counter the effect of these faults. I liked that. For example he could have have possibly sold me on the need for a brake job to correct the pulsations. Instead he asked whether I could live with it until the brakes were scheduled for replacement. I was in the shop for about 45 minutes while they carried out the oil change etc. and I left feeling confident that this was a competent experienced auto shop that I can work with for my auto maintenance.

They are awesome! I use them all the time. They perform service. They are courteous. They get it right the first time. They are honest and if your car doesn't need a service, then they won't do anything extra. They are a very honest company. Their prices are reasonable. That's where I take all of my cars to get serviced.

We had a coolant leak on our Suburban that was difficult to locate. The mechanic(s) at Absolute used a camera that allowed them to look at areas difficult or impossible to see around different parts of the engine. While they weren't 100% sure they said it was likely a leak at the water pump. I was initially uncomfortable with them not being sure I trusted their experience and effort at trying to find the leak and gave them the "go ahead" to replace the water pump. The water pump mount/intake had corroded over time and turned out to be the source of the leak. Overall, they were professional and friendly, did good work, and fixed the problem. I thought that charging 100% markup on the part (vs. Autozone pricing) was excessive compared to other automotive repair facilities that have done work for me which is why I gave them a "Fair" rating on price. But they fixed the problem and did so on a timely basis.

Overall they do the work right the first time at the price they quote. I've been very happy. Also, on occasion when nothing is wrong, they tell me ( (a) when there was a shake in a front wheel, the owner looked at the car and said he thought it was caused by some freezing of water and if the shaking remained in the next day or two when the weather was warmer, he suggested I bring it back to get looked at. (b). when I inadvertently hit the kill switch in the glove box to prevent the trunk from opening, I took the car in because the trunk wouldn't open. They told me why and there was no charge. (c) and when my daughter was having some trouble with her car at college getting the key to turn in the ignition, I called Absolute Auto and they told me a couple of things for her to try to solve the problem - and they correctly solved her issue)_
